Fennel Pollen Mayonnaise
This is such an easy delight to make. Our fist initial use was over toast that was used to make a grilled cheese sandwich. The first bite was a true delight and instantly became a Pollen Ranch favorite. Since then we have used it on salmon, chicken, potatoes and even in home made ranch dressing.

Note: While this recipe calls for such short times to make there is a suggest cooling and setting time. You will want to allow the fennel pollen to have time to truly mingle with the mayonnaise and enrich the flavors.
- 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Pollen Ranch Fennel Pollen
- generous pinch salt
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Fresh Cracked Pepper
- Mix all ingredients together in a blender or by hand if you like the texture
- Serve with vegetables as a dip, set aside for spread on crackers. This even goes very well with cheese, meat and cracker trays.
