Hello, and welcome to our site help. We are working on this area every time we have an issue that comes up and there is a solution.

Most common issue is cookies are not accepted by your browser or your browser is out of date. Please check that you are using the most recent browser. Internet Explorer, FireFox, GoogleChrome, NetScape, Safari or Opera all need to be updated regularly to keep up with todays mobile technology. While we have done our best to keep the site backwards compatible it is not possible to keep up with out of date technology.   • Q. I registered but I can not log in.
  • A. This usually occurs because of cookies not being stored. In order to login to the site you have to accept cookies. This is not uncommon, Amazon, eBay, and many other sites require this.
    If you registered using the link in our navigation, then the username and password will be the ones you chose. We are not able to get your password for you. Please click the forgot password link for assistance.

 

  • Q. I can not check out and I registered on the registration page. (specific issue)
  • A. You need to make sure to go to your account and put in your billing and shipping information. The site will not let you make a sale without knowing where to send it first.

 

  • Q. I put items in my cart and now it says my cart is empty.
  • A. You have allowed your browser to go idle for too long and it has refreshed your log in session. A session last for 30 minutes of inactivity.   • Q. I registered and never got an email (also for when you register as you make a purchase)
  • A. Our site does not check to verify if your email is correct. Chances are that the email had an error such as - @comcast..net, hotmail.com.com, and so on.   • Q. I am trying to check out using PayPal and it didn't finish my payment.
  • A. This can happen for many reasons. You unknowingly closed the browser when being directed to PayPal, the internet had a hick up or your browser froze. You can contatct us 800.821.5989 for assistance.
