Pollen Ranch Shipping and Returns policies.

Shipments within the USA:

• All orders within the United States are shipped via USPS and usually will arrive within 2-3 days. In some and very few cases we are forced to ship via UPS or FedX. You will not be charged any additional fees for these circumstances.
• If you wish to have your order shipped by a particular shipper. You will be required to provide all the necessary information and pay any differences there may be.
  Free Shipping only covers USPS Shipping charge of $6.00 USD. If you request another shipping method other than USPS Priority Mail you will be asked to pay the difference. If you do not wish to pay the difference our standard rate and the "Free Shipping" will still be honored.
  

International Shipments:

• Pollen Ranch ships around the globe via United States Postal Service. USPS is our preferred international shipper as it is lower cost and less taxes. If you have an alternative shipper you would like to use, please include it in the comments of your order and we can adjust the invoice as needed.
• If you encounter any problems trying to place your order on our site due to your address. Contacts us toll free by dialing 800-821-5989 and we will gladly handle your order over the phone and get it out that very same day.

Returns:

• We do allow returns if the item is has not been opened or damaged. If you have questions about returning an item(s) please click here to contact us. You can also call us toll free 800-821-5989.
• If you received an item that has been opened or damaged contact us immediately to make sure we can get the problem taken care of expediently.
• If you received the wrong item(s) - Contact us by email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) or by phone (800-321-5989) and we will do our very best to make sure you get the correct item(s).
• We do not accept returns after 45 days of shipment!

Holidays:

• Pollen Ranch is closed on all State (California) and National Holidays (United States of America). All orders placed during these holidays will be shipped out on the day of return.
