Big Devil is Pollen Ranch's first blend to bring a true heat to your dish without making you regret trying it. This blend can be added to literally any dish you can imagine a little warmth or high heat on. Use as a dry rub on meats, add to BBQ sauces, sprinkle a small amount on eggs and even put a little in your Bloody Mary drink. For added heat put some on after cooking. We love Big Devil in chili beans and on pork or beef ribs.
Store in a cool, dry place at 50°F - 60°F and the spices will keep for up to two years. Freeze for extended life of possible 4 years.
