Zen-Sational Vegetables

Remember when you were a kid and your parents told you that you needed to eat your vegetables so you could grow up strong and healthy. It still is true that you need to eat your vegetables, the only difference is you don't have to have the same old boring vegetables you had when growing up and neither do your kids. Just a little Zen-Sational will make the flavors POP and cause a new love for your veggies.

  • 1 tbsp. Zen-Sational
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen vegetables, cut into bite size pieces (broccoli, green beans, asparagus, or mixed vegetables work well)



  1. Place vegetables into an airtight plastic bag or large bowl, and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Add Zen-Sational and shake (or mix) well. Vegetables can then be grilled, stir-fried, or microwaved to desired consistency.
