Serves: 4

Ingredients

Directions

Coat the flank steak with Little Devil and allow to sit for roughly 30 minutes. This will give the juices some time to mingle with your rub. Then place on barbecue until medium done (135°F internal temperature equal medium rare) It's about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove flank from the barbecue and allow to sit for 5 minutes so that the juices can be reabsorbed.

The sides are just as simple.
