Dill Pollen Butter

This is an easy way to make your salmon have a new flavor that is unlike any other. Dill pollen is aromatic and full of flavor. Just 1 tablespoon is equivalent to 3 stalks or front of the dill plant. You could crush up seeds but then you get this gritty texture that gets in the teeth. We love the pollen as it has a soft chewy texture that is pleasant to the taste buds.
